Support from Jaco Product Engineers

Work directly with one of the Jaco engineers who helps build our products – someone who knows your product inside and out, and can quickly troubleshoot and resolve your issue.

2-Hour Response Time

During Jaco business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET), a Jaco engineer will respond to your support request in two hours or less (usually much less). Calls received outside of business hours will be returned as quickly as possible on the next business day.

Detailed Online Documentation

Get 24 x 7 access to Jaco Product user manuals, which include instructions for routine service, maintenance and some troubleshooting.

Proactive Performance Reviews

Periodically or at your request, your Jaco representative will evaluate the condition and performance of your Jaco products, review your support records, and recommend maintenance or repairs if needed.

Full in-warranty part availability

Jaco promises availability of replacement parts and cart components for the full term of your warranty.

Onsite support for systemic issues

In the rare event of a systemic cart issue, Jaco will dispatch a Jaco Factory-Certified Technician to your site to diagnose the problem, perform services or repairs specified in your warranty, and resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Product training for nurses and IT

Your Jaco representative will train your nurses and IT staff on product features, proper ergonomic use, and best practices for maximizing workflow efficiency and prolonging the life of the product.

Software installation support and training.

Over the phone or via email, our technical experts will guide your IT staff through installation of Fleet Manager or Jaco Analytics software and configuration of your carts, and then train your staff to use the software.
