At Jaco Inc., our primary business is creating EHR workstations and point-of-care devices for the healthcare industry. But our roots are in metal fabrication, and we continue to provide prototype-to-production design, metal fabrication and electronics integration services to customers nationwide. Featuring a multi-booth application station, JACO’s automated powder coat line is equipped to handle mass production part finishing. By utilizing the latest technology in surface finishing, we are able to provide environmentally friendly products, while at the same time achieving rock-solid surface coatings. Our powder coat methods are non toxic and the surface finish provides an ideal barrier to product rust and potentially harmful bacteria. JACO is able to provide a full spectrum of powder coat colors to meet our customer’s diverse needs.

Our technicians’ comprehensive set of tools include rivet equipment, torque sets, power drivers and more. And we offer full range of testing services including hipot and ground continuity, and physical performance tip and tilt testing.
