The FleetManager can display and configure virtually all of the cart's operating and configuration parameters remotely and includes JACO's unique CartChat™ functionality to allow FleetManger-to-cart(s) messaging. Each Annual Subscription License conveys a right to use the JACO CartCare Fleet Manager Application on one computer for the subscription term as purchased (typically one year) and limits the number of simultaneously connected JACO CartCare Clients to the number as provided in the acquired licensed. JACO agrees to accept problem reports, problem diagnosis, product troubleshooting, CartCare usage and configuration questions via telephone, facsimile, electronic mail, U.S. Postal Service and courier services during JACO’s regular business hours. Subscribers will be provided maintenance updates, when and if available, for no additional charge during the term of the Annual Subscription License. Upgrades, new versions and new products may be made available to Subscription licensees during the term of the Subscription License at no charge or at a reduced charge at JACO’s sole option.
