There are several reasons why this might occur, please be sure to check the following:
- Ensure that the CartCare Client program is running on the cart
- Ensure that the URL contains the cart's computer ID and is directed to port 5322
- Add the JACOCartCare.exe program to the Exceptions tab of the Windows Firewall program under the Control Panel
- Make sure that other, 3rd party firewall programs are not blocking access to the CartCare Client's "mini-webserver"
