RMA Process

Thank you for contacting JACO Support.  In order to process your RMA faster, we would like to take a moment to describe the process to you.

Confirmed In-Warranty Battery Failures will be replaced at No Charge, providing that the RMA’s identified failed battery is returned to JACO within 30 days.1

Advanced RMA Return

We offer an Advanced RMA Return in order to expedite the return of failed In-Warranty Batteries.  This will require either a Credit Card Authorization or No Cost Purchase Order issued for the replacement cost of the Battery.2  In this situation, we will ship out a replacement battery within 2-3 days of the RMA Approval and JACO will provide a Pre-Paid UPS shipping label for return.

Standard RMA Return

In order to offer you flexibility when it comes to processing an RMA return,  we also offer a Standard RMA Return, in which we will send an empty battery shipping container via 3-day UPS, along with a Pre-Paid Return UPS Shipping label.  It does not require a credit card or purchase order, and the entire process will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete.
